Upgrading from Mac family license to include Windows
Your website offers to provide "upgrade" options but requires me to enter my license code to see "all available options." However, the "license" information that I received when I purchased the 1Password5 family license doesn't appear to present the license code as opposed to a clickable link that inserts the code into the software directly once it's been installed on my mac. When I try to get the license from your website, where it says "If you do not have your license key, we can help you find it" -- what I get is another copy by email of the clickable license information.
How do I get the license key code that I need for the upgrade to add windows to my bundle?
I do admire your products and I love Dave Teare's holiday emails; kind, courteous, etc. and sometimes provide a "gift" of value.
However, the only way that I can get help seems to be posting this note in a general support forum. I realize that support staff increase overhead costs. But it's still surprising to me that there isn't a way to get help directly. Let's see how quickly we sort this out? it's 4:55 pm ET on 2015-07-14.
Thanks.

Send an email to support+licenses@agilebits.com with the following information:
- your full name;
- your full address when you purchased 1P;
- the approximate date you bought 1P;
- the email address you used when you purchased 1P;
- a request for a price for the Mac + Windows bundle;
- a link to this thread.
You will receive an automatic response with a ticket number. Post that number in this thread, which will help AgileBits connect the two and speed the response.

Hi @rgadler,
Thanks for contacting us here in the support forum. We have support staff monitoring these forums around the clock, but sometimes our helpful community members and/or volunteer moderators are able to help you even faster than we can (thanks, @Stephen_C!).
I was able to find your licenses in our records by searching for the email address associated with your forum handle, and I saw that you have license keys for 1Password 2 and 3 for Mac as well as the the license file for version 5. I've resent the licenses to you for quick access. You can use the key from any version to get the same upgrade discount in our upgrade store, so the key for versions 2 or 3 should do the trick. Please let us know if you run into any further trouble with that and we'll do what we can to help.
Thanks for being such a loyal user of 1Password! We appreciate your business. :)
