Trying to attach my 24 Hour Fitness account to 1Password and it's not being recognized. How do I get 1Password to accept it?

Extension Version: 10.10.4
OS Version: OS X Yosemite
Sync Type: iCloud

    Are you trying to save a new membership item to store your membership details in 1Password, or are you just trying to save your login credentials for www.24hourfitness.com?
