I can confirm that it's broken for me too using the latest stable Chrome build.

Hi @RichardPayne,
I need more information, is it broken via Go and Fill or also broken via Control + \? What version of 1Password and its extension are installed in Chrome?
I'm not able to reproduce it here.

Both ctrl+\ and the extension menu fall. I didn't try go and fill from the app. Using the button to get the menu, it is presenting my google logins so it's able to extract the url from the browser.
I'm not in front of it at the moment so I don't have the 1p version handy butvI did an update yesterday morning so whatever the latest beta was at 08:00 GMT 15-Jul-2015.

@RichardPayne Here are my steps:
- Start Chrome 43 (running 1Password 4.4.1.3)
- Navigate to: https://accounts.google.com/ServiceLogin
- Press the 1Password button
- Unlock
- Click on my gmail.com Login item
- Result: 1Password fills my email address, then submits the page, then the password page appears
- Press the 1Password button
- Click on my gmail.com Login item
- Result: 1Password fills my password, then submits the page
Am I missing an important step maybe? Thanks!

My steps are:
- Start Chrome 43 running 1Password 4.4.1.3.
- Navigate to: https://accounts.google.com/ServiceLogin
- Press the 1Password button
- Unlock
- Click on my google.com login item
- Result: It fills the password and submits. The login fails.
This is how it appears:
If I select "signin with a different account" then I get this:
and using the 1Password button does seem to select the use correctly. However, it then takes me to the password entry screen and I get the same behaviour listed above.
Possibly another bug, I tried to turn off auto-submit from the extension menu so that I can use Chrome dev tools to switch reveal the contents of the password field (I suspect that 1Password is filling the username) but the turning off the auto-submit did not work.

It will be nice if there is a data grab from iPassword Help menu for this.

Hi guys,
Just to clarify, is the Login filling but Google is saying it fails? That's an entirely different issue and a different page than what we're on, we're thinking you're saying it fails to fill, not that Google is saying it is incorrect.
It will be nice if there is a data grab from iPassword Help menu for this.
There is, it's in the extension's Settings > About 1Password. However, it's not easily selectable yet.
@RichardPayne, there is something else going on. I'm able to turn off auto-submit and it doesn't submit, so we got to figure out why we're seeing two separate behaviors. I'm using the same specs as you are, except I don't know what Windows version you're using, can you tell me which version you're using?

lol, I never thought about a screenshot of the About screen! :( I was just cursing your decision to make it modal so I couldn't keep the About screen visible and type the info into the forum. ;)
@MikeT I just tried it on Linux with WINE and it doesn't fill at all, but on my Win7 system it fills, but Google complains.

Hi @RichardPayne,
Just an idea, can you try 1Password's Auto-Type feature on each page to see if it works without any failure notice from Google.

@davidh84: First, be sure to update to 4.6.0.583. I just used the 1Password extension to log into my Gmail account, so that can't be it.
Please tell me the OS, 1Password, browser, and extension versions you're using, the exact steps you're taking, and what is (or is not) happening the way you expect. The more information you can give, the better, so we can figure out why things are going wrong for you. Thanks in advance! :)

I was having the same problem as well with endless loop on Google sign-on after the update.
The password indeed did not failed however, the culprit was due to the "signIn Next" detail which turns "Sign in" button to "Next"
It works after deleting the "SignIn"

Hi @R3dEyes,
Thanks for letting us know what you found.
@RichardPayne, can you edit the web form details of your Gmail item to remove signIn field to see if it will log you in properly?

Hi @R3dEyes,
We have the same thing in our items and it hasn't caused any issues for us, we're looking into it but it's not a clear problem right now. If we hear from more folks that this is the cause, that will help narrow our focus but right now, it might not be as simple as just that field alone.
In addition, it is highly unlikely the problem started with the 4.6 update, the program does not have any direct impact on how filling works. We did release 1Password extension 4.4.1 update at the same time and so it is likely a coincidence. We'll look at what we changed in the 1Password extension to see how it could've reacted with the signIn checkbox.

Hi @MikeT,
I have made a couple of tests and the problem is still happening. Strangely, it doesn't affect @gmail.com but other Google App for Work (Free). I can create a video screenshot but this will take time. Meanwhile, I have created a temporary 1password@ann.my account for testing purpose.
The above link includes both "OK" and "Loop" 1Password login item. Please let me know if you are seeing the same after import both items?
Affected Browser: Chrome & Firefox (IE not tested)
1Password Version: 4.6.0.583
1Password Chrome Extension: 4.4.1.90
Chrome Version: 44.0.2403.89 m1Password Firefox Extension: 4.4.1
Firefox Version: 39.0Hope this helps on finding the root cause! :)

@MikeT removing the signin field did not help for me either.

Hi guys,
removing the signin field did not help for me either.
@RichardPayne, aw, I was hoping it might be the cause. That's going to be difficult to track down.
Hope this helps on finding the root cause! :)
It does, I can reproduce the loop with the affected item. I'll file a bug report for our team to investigate your 1PIF files. Thanks!
By the way, I tested this with our previous extension version, it happens there as well, so this isn't a regression with the extension update.
