I need help....

I got the original app thru itunes, and then must have updated thru agilebits. I cannot get my info to sync to my iphone and ipad. It does not show on my ipad at all, and my iphone app and the computer app are using 2 different passwords. Help.

• What version of 1P for Mac you are using
• What version of 1Password for iOS you are using
• What sync method you use to sync your 1P data (Dropbox, iCloud or wifi)

I'm sorry you're having trouble syncing your 1Password data! In addition to the information Stephen asked for, can you also please let us know the following:

• Have you ever been able to sync your 1Password data between your Mac, iPad, and iPhone?
• Do you have the same sync method selected/set up in the sync settings of 1Password on all devices?
• What device has your most up-to-date 1Password information?
• Do you receive any error messages? If so, what do they say?
• What version of Mac OS X are you running on your Mac?
• What version of iOS are you running on your iOS devices?

Any other details you can give us about what you've tried to do, the steps you took to do it, and what happened instead will be helpful. Thanks in advance!
