I able to log in to a secure web page with our UN & PW, then a box opens up to enter a security code
I have a secure web page, for our Banking which you login with the UN & PW, then enter a secure code The first login is the username &password which is correct. After I login with the our username & password, a second window open up asking to enter a security code, which is suppose to be a different security code each time you log in to the secure web page. But now I am becoming frustrated, because every time I login into the secure web page using our username and password, it open the window asking to enter the secure code, should be different each time, but it open and auto fills the previous security code, instead of giving a different one each time.

@tA10G59: It sounds like you may have your browser saving some form data and autofilling, but just to be sure check the details of your login item in 1Password. If you see the field with the security code saved there, simply delete that information and 1Password won't fill it the next time you use the login.
