Can I get a refund from the 1Password5 upgrade I purchased from you so that I can purchase 1Password5 from Apple and get iCloud sync?

    When did you purchase from AgileBits? If it's within the past 30 days, they will issue a refund. Send your request to support+licenses@agilebits.com. Be sure you include the email address you used to make your buy, plus your name and address. Add a link to this thread. You'll receive an automated reply with a ticket number. Post that number back here to help staff get things connected.

    Not a problem, since you purchased from our store within the past 30 days, we can issue a refund.

    However, I see your purchase was for $24.99 because of the upgrade discount. We're not able to provide discounts like that on the Mac App Store, unfortunately, so you'd have to pay the full price there.

    If you'd still like a refund, please let me know.
