Sync between IP4 and IP5
So I'm thinking of making the migration to 1P from another password manager. I have IP4 installed on my personal Mavericks machine. My work provided Mac runs Yosemite though, and as I understand it, I'll have to run IP5 on that machine. Can I use Dropbox sync to keep the two synced?
Also, I'm on an Android phone and was wondering whether I can wifi sync data from one mac, to my phone, then from my phone to the other mac? Basically is it possible to keep two separate machines synced using my device as a go between?
Thanks for the help, so far I'm really like this option.
1Password Version: IP4
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: OS X 10.9.5
Sync Type: Dropbox/WiFi

Hi @tonupbandit ,
First of all, thanks so much for choosing 1Password to keep your digital data secure and organized - you rock! :)
You most certainly use Dropbox to keep 1Password 4 and 1Password 5 synced up between your two Macs. As a bonus action, you can also keep your data updated on your Android device using Dropbox as well - no need to throw Wi-Fi into the mix.

At this time, Wi-Fi sync has been designed to keep a single Mac and multiple mobile devices in sync. Unfortunately, it doesn't really work the other way: it's not possible to use the mobile device as a go-between for the desktops.
I hope that Dropbox is a solution that works for you. It's automatic and nearly effortless to set up. Our User Guide can walk you through the process of Setting up 1Password 4 for Android as an existing user. Please let me know if you have any questions!
