Hi,

I am trying to get my University username (numerical) to enter into: https://myuwsauth.uws.edu.au/form.php

The password autofills fine, the username does not enter at all, and a manual submission is required before I press the 1P autofill which enters the password.

I did edit, remove, and re-enter the username, and still does not autofill. Any suggestions?

Oftentimes issues like this can be solved by saving the login manually. Have you given these directions a try?

    Hi @moots,

Glad to hear that Hawkmoth got you all sorted out! Those 'Save new Login' instructions are great to keep handy whenever you have a Login that is misbehaving, as they allow 1Password to re-learn the fields that it needs to fill.

Since this particular issue is resolved, I'll close this thread, but if you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to open a new thread, or email us directly at support+forum@agilebits.com - we're here for you. :)
