1password not syncing through Dropbox between my Mac and iPhone

Until recently 1password has been syncing fine, using Dropbox, between my Mac (OS X Yosemite) and iPhone 6. I'm logged in to Dropbox on both devices, and on both devices 1password says it has synced to Dropbox within the last few minutes. But changes I make to 1password on my Mac are not showing up on my iPhone. Please help.

    Hi Neil,

    I'm sorry Dropbox sync doesn't seem to be working correctly for you! It sounds like Dropbox sync is enabled in 1Password on both your Mac and your iPhone. If changes still won't sync from one to the other, please follow these steps to make sure they're both syncing with the same keychain file in Dropbox:

    On your Mac:

    • Open 1Password and go to the menu for 1Password > Preferences
    • Click the Sync tab
    • Check the file path for the 1Password.agilekeychain file

    On your iPhone:

    • Open 1Password and go to Settings > Sync > Sync Service
    • Check the file path for the 1Password.agilekeychain file (underneath Current Sync Method / Dropbox)

    If the problem is that one is syncing with a different keychain than the other, you'll need to disable the sync, then set it up again and choose the correct keychain.
