1password 4 license to use with 1password5

Hi.

I have a 1password4 license (upgraded from 1password3) but I need the license document to use it with 1password5... when I use your "Email License" service, I still only get my old license code, not a license document.

    Hi @seangreen,

    Sorry for the confusion about your licenses! It looks like your old license for 1Password 3 was listed separately from your license for 1Password 4/5 in our system. I combined all your license info together in the same record and resent that to your email, so the new email should have the link to apply your license file for 1Password 5.

    You should be all set, but if you need more help, just let us know. :)
