1 Password 3 to 1 Password 5 Upgrade Discount

I used the license upgrade adviser and it is indicating I can get a $30 dollar discount on the Mac/Windows bundle, however I am not able to select it. Is there a discount available to 1 password 3 users upgrading to 1 password 5 ?
