Duplicate purchase?

I believe something like what happened to Rick W - in May I paid a new subscription as I also had upgraded to OS Yosemite via purchasing a new iMac. Then at the end of June I also got a message that my trial had expired. I'm not sure what I paid in May, maybe $20something? But in June I paid $49.99. Can someone verify and see what happened. I was looking for a phone number to talk to someone all this time, then ventured into this forum.
Thank you.

@skimore: Sorry for the confusion! Rather than resurrecting an old thread regarding someone else's issue, I've split you off into a separate discussion to avoid confusion. Unfortunately 1Password has no way of knowing whether or not you've purchased it unless you register the app with your license information.
But the good news is that all you need to do is follow the instructions in the license email you received from your purchase and click the link to automatically install the license in 1Password to register the app and remove the trial restrictions. In that spirit, I've also resent your license information via email.
Now, in regard to the question of purchases, I only see a single one (2015-06-28). If you'd previously purchased the same version at a different time, please email us at support+forums at agilebits dot com (include a link to this thread and your forum username), and we'll get it sorted out for you. Cheers! :)

Was the May purchase from the Mac App Store, by any chance? If so, AgileBits will not have been given any record of this by Apple.
Also, please note that 1PW is not a subscription service, but a program for which you buy a license. Sorry to be pedantic, but this difference has several important implications.
In the first place, your license never expires. As long as your version of 1PW works on your current operating system, you can continue to use it without any extra payments. A major upgrade of the program may require a further payment, but you are not forced to upgrade (the current version of 1PW is 1PW5, which was a free upgrade from 1PW4, which was a paid upgrade from 1PW3; 1PW3 still works, with some limitations, on Mac OS 10.10.4, the current OS).
Secondly, subscription services usually store the data on the developer's own servers. In 1PW you have control of your data. It is only stored on your own computers unless you choose to use Dropbox or iCloud. AgileBits have no access to your data, and in particular cannot reset your master password should you happen to forget it.
Finally, your license is valid for any number of Macs that you personally own, and even for family members. However a separate license is needed for iOS devices.
