'Trial expired notice' on 1Password 5
I paid for 1Password 4 on 3 June 2014 and have since upgraded to 1Password 5, and been using it OK, but today got a notice saying that my trial is over. From reading other posts, it seems that version 5 was a free upgrade to people who paid for version 4. Can you confirm?

The upgrade from 1P4 for Mac to 1P5 for Mac was free. This knowledge base article should help you:

Thanks Stephen. I've entered my email address in the box under "Can’t find your license?" on that page to ask for my license to be re-sent, as I can't find any emails from Agilebits with license info since the version 4 one. I'll wait for the license confirmation info to come through and hopefully that will solve it.

Do you still have the email with the version 4 license details? If so, it should have a link that enables you to download the license file and then apply it. The format of the email has changed recently to be even easier to use. Anyway, what you have already done should work out fine.

Thanks, it seems to be working fine now. The link in my email wouldn't connect, but I went via the AgileBits Customer Center Link and there was an option to download it there. Thanks for your speedy replies.
