1 Password 3 from the Safari Browser, 1Password3 shows up in the menu bar asking to save.

I followed the instructions to remove 1 Password 3 from the Safari Browser. Then I installed 1 Password 4.4.1 and now every time I log in somewhere with 1Password4, 1Password3 shows up in the menu bar asking to save. How do I get rid of that?
