Will not accept the key I got when I purchased the program, tells me I am running in demo mode.

I entered my key back when I purchased the program. Now the small screen opens and says I am running in demo mode. I click to enter my key and it won't take it. Just stays the same and wont go away and open the full application.

Are you in a corporate network by any chance or use a proxy?
Can you email us your diagnostic report, so we can see what's going on. Please use this guide to generate a diagnostic report to email to us and, in the email, also include the link to this thread along with your forum username.
