Yosemite upgrade deleted my app and shortcut
Hey guys, I updated to yosemite and lost my one password shortcut, and when I redownloaded the app, it is only for new uses. How do I get my little key back up in the toolbar and login?

Hi @carriekennedy,
Unless you completely wiped the storage device as part of your update to Yosemite (which I don't believe is the default at all) then the update shouldn't have been removing anything 1Password related.
So just before we proceed I want to make sure we don't do anything that might accidentally risk the contents of your vault. To that end, I'd like you to do the following for me please. I would like you to create the following Diagnostic Report, this guide will assist.
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums

When sending the diagnostic report to the address above it would help immensely if you could include a link to this thread and your forum handle so we can connect the two.
Once you've sent the report a post here with the ticket ID will help us to keep an eye out for it. With access to the report we should be able to better assist you :smile:
