Latest version of 1Password for Windows? [v4 is latest version]

I was about to upgrade my 1p v3 Windows license to a v4 license. I know it's been out a while though.

Will there be a 5 soon? Should I jut wait? I don't want to buy it, then have to shell out another $30 in two months.
