It will help a lot to help you if you describe what you are doing to try to open 1Password, what happens when you do that, and what you expect to happen instead. It's impossible to know where to begin without some additional information.
Include the version number you have installed.

We are here to help but as hawkmoth states, without at least an idea of what the problem is it would be like finding a needle in a haystack to figure out the issue. The more detail you can supply the quicker (I would hope) we can resolve the issue and get things working for you again :smile:
