Feature suggestion: Optimize for keyboard interacting
Sometimes when I need to take a look at the password for some account, I normally call out 1P mini using a shortcut instead of opening the 1P main app. And then I would type the keyword to get a list of matched accounts and use the arrow key to navigate to the account I'm seeking for. All these steps could be completed only on the keyboard.
But there's an inconvenience. When using the ↑ and ↓ key to navigate through the account list, the information window of the selected/highlighted account item wouldn't appear unless you hit the → key, and you'll have to hit the ← key to get back in order to navigate to the next account. This could be very annoying when you need to fast browsing through a list of accounts without using a mouse (what you'll have to do is to keep hitting ↓ → ← 、 ↓ → ←、 ↓ → ←... ,not ↓ all the way, which is way better experience). And when using a mouse, pointing at the account (then it gets selected/highlighted) would brought up the information window — all I wish is that using keyboard could do the same!
Besides, this interaction is very confusing. The information window always appears on the left of the 1P mini window (because the 1P mini window always show up on the upper-right corner of the screen). So what you are doing is use the right arrow key to make a window show up on the left...
So my first suggestion is this: Pop-up the information window automatically for keyboard navigating just like it does for mouse pointing.
And I have a second suggestion: There are two buttons on the information window, the "dock" button on the lower-left and the "edit" on the lower-right. Since there's a shortcut (command+e) for "edit", it would be awesome if there's also a shortcut for "dock". It's always a trouble trying to click the tiny (yes it's evidently tiny) "dock" button.

Hi @songcrates,
I'll start with the good news,
⌘O
is the keyboard shortcut for the anchor button. That, and a list of all our other keyboard shortcuts can be found on our Keyboard shortcuts page :smile:Now for the first request. Does the request stem from multiple Google accounts (for example) and you need to view the Item Details to see the user account name? I ask as we do have a request to show additional information in the menu to allow users to differentiate between multiple accounts for the same site. I'm wondering if that request would actually remove the need for opening the Item Details bubble? I ask as that's the most common reason I enter and leave a particular item. It might be that would be a better feature for us to implement?

Thanks for the helping.
Nope the situation is I need to see the passwords of a list of accounts, sometimes even the notes. I'm using 1 password not only to login but also to view and copy information. The request is legit, I think, ask any user who need to take a look at their password when auto-filling is not available. BTW, I differentiate accounts by adding information after the website name, e.g. Agilebits-Song, Agilebits-Peter, which works fine so far, and very helpful for accurate searching.
And, I think my request is more like a "tweak", or "perfection", not a new feature, since it has already been implemented for the pointer hovering. But it'll make huge improvment to the experience and resolve the confusion I mentioned.
The idea is to make it as: as long as an item is highlighted, the detail bubble would be triggered to show up, no matter if the highlighting is caused by the pointer hovering or keyboard navigating. And if one need to copy the content in the bubble (when using the keyboard), he could use "←" key to move the focus to the components in the bubble—just like what the "→" key does right now, only the bubble would have already popped-up automatically, and the direction of the popping-up and the arrow key would be rightly corresponded.
Anyway, thanks for all your good job on this great app, really saved me from the accounts mess. Let's hope it could be greater!

Hi @songcrates,
Thanks for the clarification! I can definitely see how that would help if you frequently need to check the details within items in 1Password mini. And I hadn't thought about it before, but you're right - the behavior seems to be different if you hover over an item with a mouse/trackpad than when you scroll to it with the down arrow key. Although I can't make any promised, I can certainly send your request to our developers. We appreciate the feedback!
If you need anything else, please let us know - we're always happy to help! :)
