Chrome plugin is not logging me in. It's a windows 7 machine running Kasperski. Ideas?

Windows 7, chrome version Version 44.0.2403.107 m, Kasperski version 15.

When I select one of the logins in the browser plugin, it doesn't do anything. When I am on my mac, however, everything works fine.

Just getting started, so I don't know if it ever worked. thanks
