If a financial institution doesn't fill in automatically there probably isn't much you can do about it?

    Hi @tom_777,

    Every site can be a different puzzle to solve. It's true, there are some sites where we don't believe we will ever be compatible because they're doing really crazy stuff but there are some where it's simply learned the trick that works for them.

    The best way forward with questions like these, assuming you have no objections, is if you could post the URL of the login page. That will allow us to take a look and see if we can figure it out and let you know what needs to be done to make a working Login item. Now with any financial institute the one bit we really struggle to test is if the problem is after you (or 1Password on your behalf) submits the form. We struggle there because there are many different financial institutes and as we're not customers of most we'll never be able to log in. We can test filling though and have a good idea if it should work.

    So if you post the URL for the first site we can work on that until we find a solution or exhaust all possibilities, how does that sound for a plan?
