Firefox add-on can't be downloaded [Try saving the extension to disk first and install it]
when im downloading the firefox plugin its says there is a network error with agilbits.com
never had problems before , now im using windows 10 mabye thats the problem
alternate location (AgileBits server, hosted on Amazon EC2). same error

We've seen this issue before with Avast and BitDefender, do you have either one installed or a different anti-malware solution? If yes, try disabling it temporarily and try again in Firefox, it should then work.

It is almost always the anti-malware solution blocking the connection to download the extension.

yes i have a other virus scanner eset smart security 9 , disabled everything dint work , had to right click the link and downloaded and installed it manually. so its working now tnxs
