When I created folders, they fall into it's own group called "Folders". So what I'm seeing is: Categories, Folders, Security Audit, Trash. (Just checking if folders are in the right spot.)

    @marlene,

    That's correct. Folders (both regular and Smart Folders) are placed into a grouping called Folders. There is also a Tags grouping, but you won't see that grouping until you add a tag to one or more entries.
