I have 2 versions of your product each running on 2 separate Macs. Both keep updating hourly if I turn off automatic updates the products uninstall. Loosing my patience and loyalty. Please help.

    Hi @lcarnes,

    Must say this is an unusual problem. I don't know what could be causing 1Password to be automatically uninstalled, only automatically updated if it's the Mac App Store version and Install app updates is enabled in App Store preferences. I've never heard of disabling that preference causing apps to be removed.

    Sounds like something else is responsible for this happening. So we can investigate what that could be I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your Mac:
