Can't get my license key [temporary issue has been resolved]
I keep trying to get my license key, but it keeps telling me that there are too many people trying to access the site - try again later. That seems ridiculous for what is supposed to be a reliable company that users rely on their products to access their passwords. What's going on? Have you been hacked or something? Are you as reliable as you claim? Please would you somehow get the license key that I paid for a month ago (I have the e-mail that says so) into my copy of iPassword 5.

OK - Finally after several hours and many tries I have now in fact got my key. Sorry if I seemed rude or frustrated.

We had some temporary trouble with our site today, causing the message you were seeing. That's been resolved and I'm sorry for the inconvenience you went through because of it. I don't think you were rude and any frustration you felt is understandable in this situation. I'm happy to hear you did eventually get your license!
