1Password on Windows is in the demo mode despite me buying family license for it
I am helping my husband learn how to use 1Password. He has a Windows7 machine. I purchased a family license for him some time ago, but apparently have not entered the license key for it. It is being used in demo mode until today, when it closed us out.
For several years I have used 1Password on several Macs.
From the Windows machine today I requested a license, but you sent me a license key that does not open the file for 1P on the Windows machine.
I am confused about what I really want. I purchased two different 1password programs and would like the use of them. I don't need my husband's files to be comingled with mine, but I may want to access his from my computer.
