How to remove mac app store licence and use instead my family licence?

My wife has bought by mistake the mac app store licence of 1Password thinking that it was the way to use our family licence. We have cancelled the purchase quickly without any problem. However when we try to install 1Password on her mac from the AgileBits web site, the software somehow recognize that she has the mac app store licence and we cannot change the licence back to our family licence. Is it possible to remove all traces from the mac app store licence so that we can use the proper one? I have tried to remove 1Password from her laptop but that doesn't seem to be enough.

    Hi @JLB_Tokyo,

Here is what I would like you to do for us please.

    1. Ensure 1Password is complete terminated by launching it and then quitting using the keyboard shortcut ⌃⌘Q.
    2. Open a Finder window.
    3. Use the keyboard shortcut ⇧⌘G to open the Go to the Folder window.
    4. Paste in the following path and click the Go button. The path is ~/Library/Group Containers/2BUA8C4S2C.com.agilebits
    5. Delete that folder.
    6. Reboot your Mac.

I believe everything should work out properly after that but if you have any troubles at all please do let us know!
