Duplicating entry in Mac version does not duplicate attachment

Hi,

I happened to notice that a duplicated entry in 1password for mac does not seem to inherit the original's file attachment. This happened to not be an issue for my use case, but I can imagine that this could be an unpleasant surprise for someone who expect the duplicated entry to actually be a true duplicate of the original.

Thanks!

PS. As an aside - I am disappointed that it seems like you're now doing your best to discourage feedback and support queries. I recall emailing you about issues in the past, but currently I did not (easily) find any 'feedback/support' info within the app itself, and your website follows the ever more common approach of not providing contact (for support queries) information, or at least seemingly burying such info as much as possible. If the info is present somewhere, then I would suggest making this more obvious.

    Hi @usr1pw,

Thanks for taking the time to contact us about that! I'll be happy to let our developers know you'd like attachments to be duplicated along with the rest of the item information.

As for email support, we're definitely not trying to discourage feedback or support queries - and in fact your message contains both! ;) The purpose of these support forums is for exactly that (feedback & support queries). We're encouraging use of our support forums as our first line of customer communication as that allows us to communicate with multiple customers at once, allows customers to search for answers (it's often easier to find an existing solution here than to write out a new message), and is usually faster than email support. Our contact page currently lists the support forum and Twitter, but you're always welcome to email us at support@agilebits.com if you'd prefer (or require) a more private conversation.

If you need anything else, please let us know - we're always glad to help! :)
