My mac app store version says it 1password and not 1password5 but it still asks for a serial number that I dont have

Send an email to support+licenses@agilebits.com with the following information:

1. your full name;
2. your full address;
3. a receipt for or other evidence of your purchase of 1P from the Mac App Store;
4. a request for a price for the 1P Mac/Windows bundle;
5. a link to this thread.

You will receive an automatic response with a ticket number. Post that number in this thread, which will help AgileBits connect the two and speed the response.

Sorry for any confusion about that! When you purchase 1Password from the Mac App Store, you don't receive a license code because that purchase is tied to your Apple ID.
