I need to provide proof of purchase from the mac app store but all I have is a screenshot from the "purchased" section of the mac app store

    Why exactly do you need to provide proof of purchase? Are you trying to upgrade to the Mac + Windows bundle?

    If so, could you please send us an email with whatever proof of purchase you're able to find? support@agilebits.com

    You should be able to access your purchase history in iTunes and find the receipt there. Apple has a support article that should help: https://support.apple.com/HT204088
