Safari's "Login" list in missing some items

I just upgraded to Yosemite/Safari and notices some items missing form the Login list. Went to Safari>Preferences>Extensions and found "1Password 4.2.2". Shouldn't it be pointing to 1Password 5.3.2 for latest list. How do I fix this?

The version numbers for 1P and the 1P browser extensions are not the same so there is nothing wrong in that respect. There is a number of reasons why all your items may not show in Safari. The most likely one is that the missing items have a setting that prevents them showing in your browser.

Edit one of the "missing" items and check that the display field (towards the bottom of the relevant item in the main window when you are editing) is set to Always.

If that doesn't solve the problem Please tell us:

• What version of 1P for Mac you are using
• If relevant, what version of 1Password for iOS you are using
• Whether you sync your 1P data to any other device and if so to what device
• If relevant, what sync method you use to sync your 1P data (Dropbox, iCloud or wifi)

Hi @scwerden,

To elaborate a bit on Stephen's answer, if you're not seeing certain Login items in the 1Password browser extension, the first thing you'll want to do is open the main 1Password app and see if those Logins are there. If they're in the main app but don't show up in the extension, it's likely that those items are set to "Never display in browser". As Stephen said, you can check that setting in the main 1Password app when editing the item. If the "display" option in the item is set to Never display in browser, change it to Always and click Save. Now it should appear in the extension.
