After upgrading to w10 the display of one password is just not clear - the font is fuzzy - I can send a picture if you would like...

    @DanMSchell Unfortunately, 1Password for Windows is not high-DPI "aware".

    That being said, here is something you can try:

    1. Open Windows Explorer
    2. Navigate to: C:\Program Files\1Password 4
    3. Right-click on: 1Password.exe
    4. Click on: Properties
    5. Click on: Compatibility
    6. Turn ON this setting: Disable display scaling on high DPI settings
