1Password doesn't see .ws.agile.1Password.settings on dropbox
I have several devices using 1Password syncing over Dropbox. I had my Mac syncing, but I did a clean install of Yosemite on my machine. Since then I can't get v.5 of Password to see the .ws.agile.1Password.settings file on Dropbox. I've looked at Dropbox from my PC, and I the file is still there, it just seems that my 1Password doesn't recognize the file there.
Here's my info:
1Password 5
Version 5.3.2 (532001)
Agile Web Store
Yosemite 10.10.4
Any suggestions on what I should try?
Cheers,
Andrea

Hi @andrea,
The .ws.agile.1Password.settings file was only used by older versions of 1Password on some platforms to find your vault in Dropbox. Newer versions no longer need it, although it's still created by 1Password for Mac and Windows in case someone is still using one of the older versions that requires it. If you're curious, we have more information about that file in this knowledgebase article.
When you set up 1Password on your Mac, you'll have the option to choose your vault from Dropbox (make sure you have Dropbox installed on your Mac and that is has downloaded all your files from your Dropbox account so the vault is available). We have those steps outlined here: Using existing 1Password data on a new computer
If you've already created a new, empty vault in 1Password on your Mac, that's fine, and you can sync your vault from Dropbox with that new vault. Just follow the steps here: Sync with Dropbox (When following those steps, you'll want to choose the existing .agilekeychain from Dropbox on your Mac, then choose to merge it with the empty vault.)
Hopefully it all goes well, but please let us know if you need more help with that - we're here for you! :)
