I purchased 1password on my iPhone but when I go to install it on my computer it wants me to purchase it again

    1Password licenses are sold completely separately by user and platform. So your iOS license is separate from the OS X license. If you want both, they need to be purchased separately. So what you're seeing about needing to purchase the desktop version is what is expected.
