1Password extension disabled by Firefox 41 beta [will be signed and working for v41 stable release]
I'm using FireFox 41.0b1. It would seem that the 1Password extension is completely disabled and Firefox will not allow me to enable it. In the Add-ons, page it tells me "1Password could not be verified for use in Firefox and has been disabled."
It links me to this page: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/add-on-signing-in-firefox?as=u&utm_source=inproduct
The relevant text seems to be "Newer versions of Firefox (version 41 and above) protect you against malware and browser hijackers by blocking you against third-party add-ons that are not digitally signed and verified by Mozilla."
The only option I am offered from within Firefox is "Remove". I have not yet found a way to work around this security "feature."
Any advice?

Hi @DanWright,
Thanks for taking the time to contact us about this! Starting in the beta version of Firefox 41, all extensions must be signed and distributed through the official Mozilla add-on site. Please take a look at this support article for more information: Firefox Extension Signing
In short, the extension for 1Password 4 and 5 will be signed and ready to go once the stable version of Firefox 41 is released. For now, you'll need to switch to Firefox 40 for compatibility with the 1Password Firefox extension. (Please note that Firefox 40 will give a warning about unsigned extensions, but they are still allowed to run).
In general, we recommend using the 1Password extension in stable browser releases because we cannot guarantee compatibility with beta/dev/prerelease browsers. We have more about that here: Prerelease (beta, dev, nightly) browser builds
I hope that helps to explain what's happening and what you can do to use the 1Password extension again. If you have more questions about that, please let us know! :)
