1Password for Windows: Synchronise via dropbox between two PCs

I'm new to 1PW. Could someone kindly point me to a simple description of how to set up synchronisation via dropbox between 2 PCs as it's not at all obvious.

@simonides: Absolutely! Just check out this guide for detailed instructions:

Setting up Dropbox sync

But the short version is 1Password File > Preferences > General > Move to Dropbox on the first computer, and then once Dropbox syncs your data to the second, 1Password will detect the vault there when you open it. I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any questions! :)
