Auto Fill Problems

in 1Password 3 – 7 for Mac

Hi,

I have been a long time user of 1Password without problem up until a few weeks ago

Now neither my laptop or pc will auto fill forms from the 1password control panel

Firefox is not showing the 1password logo despite how many times I remove and reinstall the extension

Chrome is telling me that my server login page is not https when it clearly is in firefox

Are we now saying that we have to manually input our login details into the form, because if that is the case we are now going backwards

PC version of 1Password 3.822 running on OS X 10.6.8

Laptop version3.8.22 running on OS X 10.7.5

    Hello @Melsworld,

    At a guess you're running Firefox 40, the latest stable version of Firefox. If this is the case then a recent change has rendered our extension inoperable in Firefox and you can learn more about this and the available options in our article 1Password 3 extension missing in Firefox 40 or later.

    Chrome should work though so can you describe what is happening there in a bit more detail please and we'll see if we can get that resolved :smile:
