After I upgraded to windows 10, I noticed that my title for any of my saved credentials do not show up in the browser. Instead the 1password extension list them as username. To give you example if I have named a login credential with title "My Personal Title", in browser when I land on the same site to fill the details and pick the selection, it lists them by "username". Before moving to Windows 10, it showed "My Personal Title" which was easier identifiable where I had multiple login credentials for the same site. I am using chrome 44.0.2403.155 and 4.6.0.585 of 1password for windows.

Please suggest.

1Password Version: 4.6.0.585
Extension Version: 4.4.2.90 (Google Chrome)
OS Version: Windows 10

Doing a fresh windows re-installation did not help either.

  • Hi @bhusari,

Can you try this and see if this is the issue:

    1. Open the main 1Password program, unlock, and click on the Preferences button
    2. Go to the Logins section, and uncheck the box next to Show username for matching Logins, press OK to save the change.

    Is it working now?

Yes, that solved the problem. Thank you so much for your quick response to resolve it.

  • I'm glad to hear that and you're welcome!
