Hi, I seem to have upgraded from version 3 to 5 but only the mac version rather than the bundle

Hi,

I previously had licences for both windows and mac for version 3. A few months back I upgraded to version 5 but seem to have mistakenly only upgraded the mac version. I am also running version 4 under windows now (bootcamp) and obviously would prefer a licence for it.

Is there a simple way to expand my upgrade to the mac + windows bundle?
