Unable to update 1Password on several Macs

I have several machines using 1Password and I cannot update them. ALL my sensitive data is stored on 1Password. Bill Neel

    I deleted your duplicate post. You'll get great help here if you provide some additional details about your issue. How are you trying to update? What happens when you do that?

    You mentioned that you can't update 1Password on several Macs, and also said you're using 1Password version 3.8.22. That's actually the latest update for 1Password 3 for Mac. Are you trying to upgrade to 1Password 5? If so, the following knowledgebase article may be helpful: How do I upgrade 1Password for Mac from version 3?
