Delete old Data

I've tried 1Pass before on a trial and then deleted it, it was some time ago. Now I bought a license, downloaded 1Pass again, but it asks for Master Password right from the start, which I don't remember.

Can I somehow delete old data from account and set up 1Pass from the beginning as new?

It does rather depend on the version number of the old version of 1P you used and you've not told us that. However, you might find this knowledge base article helpful:
