I want refund the agile bits shop licenses,

Today, the 1 password notice my i need buy the license, then i buy on agilebits official website. But I relase that if i buy on agilebits official website, i cannot sync on iColud which i do know before. and I really don't want use dropbox or another found share because it make things complex! ! Really want refund money or please change my license to Apple app store.
