Can't upgrade from 3 to 5
Firefox fiasco. Extension disappeared so I re-installed a new extension, which was for 1Password 5.x. I'm running 3.x. Then I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to 5.x and I did. Followed the instructions for trying to migrate the old vault to 5.0 using the Chrome browser. Couldn't create a new login as per instructions. I have the 5.x extension in Firefox. 3.x is still useable. How do I migrate my passwords now from 3.x to 5.x? I'm now using my Safari browser in which the 3.x extension is still working. Is there an easy way to migrate the info to 5.0 and then delete 3.0?
I've run your diagnostics app to "Create Report." After two hours of running no report was created.

I'm unclear whether you've seen this knowledge base article and, if so, whether you've followed the steps in it:
How do I upgrade 1Password for Mac from version 3?

I reviewed the info on removing the extension which didn't work and stopped there. The extension is gone in Firefox. I can proceed and remove the version 3. Version 5 is already installed but the vault is empty. I'm assuming with the removal of 3, version 5 will be functional.

Went ahead and removed 3. 5 is working fine now. Installed the Safari extension. Will progress to Firefox and Chrome later.
Thanks Stephen for the assistance.
