problem to change sync from icloud to dropbox

Hello there, I have already data in the dropbox I share with my family in one vault we want all share; but when I try to change through Preferences it never launches the process : see the capture,

the button stays grey and it does not change to dropbox sync

Hi @toctocm,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble getting synced up!

Once you have the sync location selected, you should be able to click the 'Continue' (Continuer) button. Or are you trying to change that location?

Yes I wish to click the 'Continue' button but it is still grey and the if I click there is no action forward... ?

In your screenshot, it doesn't look like either the 'Continue' or 'Cancel' button (i.e. 'Continuer' or 'Annuler' button) is grey - in fact, both of those buttons look like they can be clicked. The only button that looks grey in your screenshot is the 'Choose..' (i.e. 'Choisir...') button, but that's just the way it normally looks. Does the 'Continue' button currently look different on your Mac than the way it looks in your screenshot? If so, would you be able to post a new screenshot of that? I just want to make sure we understand exactly what you're seeing on your end, since the original screenshot doesn't seem to match your description.

Hello Drew, thanks for your help; you 're right : the button is exactly like on my screenshot i.e.white instead of grey like the 'Choose' one; if I click on 'Continuer' i.e. 'Continue' it changes to blue for a very short blink but returns to white; and nothing continues ! even if I wait a long time...I tried to select either the file 1Password.agilekeychain or the folder itself 1Password

Thanks for the extra info and new screenshot.

In the screenshot in your first post it looks like 1Password might already be configured to sync with a 1Password.agilekeychain in Dropbox. Is that true, and are you trying to change this so it's syncing with a different 1Password.agilekeychain, like in your second screenshot?

What you could try is first making sure Dropbox syncing is disabled, then reconfigure it with the correct 1Password.agilekeychain in Dropbox. And before doing that I suggest restarting your Mac.

If syncing was already disabled when you've had trouble configuring it with Dropbox, please try configuring it again after restarting your Mac.

Something seems stuck in the 1Password syncing configuration process that a system restart will hopefully reset before you try doing it again. Looking forwarding to hearing back from you to let us know how that goes. Thanks!
