Do upgrades replace the older license or add to it?
So I have 1password on my windows laptop and I was thinking of purchasing it for my MAC as well so I went to upgrade my license and I wasn't sure if I should get the upgrade to 1password for MAC or the upgrade to bundle. Since I do want 1password still on both laptops if I upgrade the MAC would it add MAC to my license as well or will it replace my old windows one with MAC?

Great question, and I apologize for the confusion here.
Any license you buy will always be valid, so any upgrade you purchase will be additional. What we refer to as an "upgrade license" is really just a new license sold at a discount to an existing user. So if you already have a license for 1Password for Windows, you can just buy a single license for Mac in the upgrade store (and don't forget to enter your Windows license key for the discount) and you'll then have a valid license for both.
