Rich icons not working on only one Mac

I just purchased 1Password for my Macs, and love it. I had a question on the rich icons. They are not displaying on my iMac. Running 10.10.5

Everything works perfect only iPad and iPhone, and my Mac Book Pro at home. But when I installed it on my iMac, the rich icons only show the generic login icon?

I looked around the forum and did not see this issue specifically.

Thanks!

    Hi @chris_1,

Thanks for your purchase, I'm happy to hear you love 1Password! :)

On your iMac, please open the main 1Password app (unlock with your master password if prompted). Assuming you still don't see rich icons, click on the View menu, and make sure there's a check mark next to Show Rich Icons (if not, select that option to enable it). Alternately, you can open the Preferences (from the 1Password menu) and click the General tab, then make sure the option for Use rich icons is enabled.

Does that help at all? If rich icons are already enabled but you still don't see them, please let us know and we'll continue from there. Thanks!

    Hello,

Yes I tried the view option, and the rich icons are checked on. Also looked in preferences, they are selected there also.
That's why I just had to ask. I'm not sure what's wrong. Thanks again and let me know if you have another idea.

    Thanks!

    Hi @chris_1,

1Password makes a connection to our image server in order to download the rich icons for your Login items, so it's possible something on your iMac is blocking that connection. Do you happen to use any software that monitors/blocks certain connections ("Little Snitch", for example)?

If you're not sure what might be blocking rich icons from downloading/displaying, it might help to create a Diagnostics Report from your Mac: https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/mac.html

Attach the Diagnostics Report to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum username so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report and make sure you receive a reply as quickly as possible.

Once we see the report we may be able to find something to help explain what's going wrong with the rich icons. Thanks in advance! :)

Ok, fantastic. I just ran the report and emailed it.

This is only happening at my computer at work, so you may be right, we could have something blocking it.

Thanks so much for all the timely help, and I'll see what I get on the report I email.

    Thanks!

    Hi @chris_1,

I wasn't able to find your email & report when I searched for the email address associated with your forum account, so I'm guessing you may have sent it from a different address - which is fine! I just wanted to make sure we received it. If you received an automated response that we received your email, you should hear back from someone soon. If you want, you can let us know the ticket ID from that response so we can track your message down and ensure it gets answered quickly. Thanks!
