My 1Password synch does not seem to work consistently. (Some items synchronize, others do not.)

New records seem to synch from Windows to the iPad okay.
However, when I update existing records on Windows, the existing records on the iPad do not seem to get updated.
1Password Version: 1.0.9.342 on Windows; 5.5 on iOS
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: Win 7 SP 1; iOS 8.3
Sync Type: Dropbox
Referrer: kb-search:synch issues, kb:dropbox-troubleshooting, kb:check-app-version
