License not showing up
Hello there,
my 1Password for MAC recently told me the trial period was over. I wanted to activate it then with my purchased license, but only couldn't find the one license for my Windows PC.
However I'm fairly certain I bought a bundle for my MAC as well. Especially since it works on my iOS devices too.
Could you look into my account and look for my MAC license?
Sincerely
Mark Bothe

Since each application is sold separately by platform and user, your iOS installations don't have anything to do with whether you have a Mac license or not.
Staff may well be able to check your records if the email address you used to buy your license is the same as you used to register for the forum. In the meantime, you can have your license information resent automatically by filling in the email address you used to buy your license at the very bottom of the main 1Password Support page.

Hi @H3rmes,
I'm sorry for any confusion about the licenses! As hawkmoth mentioned, 1Password is a separate purchase for each platform (Mac, iOS, Windows, and so on). We have more information about how 1Password licenses work here: What licenses do I need to use 1Password on all my devices?
I couldn't find any purchases in our system associated with the email address from your forum account. If you purchased a license for 1Password for Mac from the AgileBits Store with a different email address, you can have your license resent to you from the "I've lost my license" section of this site (or from the bottom of the page from the link in hawkmoth's message).
Or is it possible you purchased 1Password for Mac from the Mac App Store? In that case, you'll need to reinstall the Mac App Store version of 1Password (the "Trial Expired" message only appears for the AgileBits Store version). Just launch the Mac App Store, make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to make the purchase, and reinstall 1Password from the Purchases section.
I hope that helps, but if you have more questions about that or need anything else, please let us know! :)
