Can I "buy up" to multi-user license for Mac? I have single-user/multi device license now

Your single user license covers up to six family members living in the same household, so there is no reason for you to buy anything else if your spouse is the new user. The family license was discontinued when 1Password 5 was release, and it was replaced buy the terms I just described. You can read all about current licensing advice on the Licensing and Upgrades page.
If you bought your 1Password 5 license directly from AgileBits, you would just have your spouse follow the directions you received in the email message confirming your purchase. You can retrieve that, if you no longer have it, by filling in the email address you used for your purchase at the very bottom of the main Support Page. If you bought your license from Apple at their Mac App Store, you would need to set up Family Sharing and include your spouse in the family group. She would then be able to download her own copy from Apple. Apple doesn't use the same license file that AgileBits does. The license will be tied to the AppleID used to buy it.

Hi @Geaton,
Hawkmoth's answer was spot-on! I hope that was helpful for you.
It looks like you purchased a license for 1Password 5 for Mac from the AgileBits Store. I resent that license info to your email. On your spouse's Mac, just download 1Password from our download site. The license file can be added by clicking the appropriate link from the license email.
If you have more questions about that or anything else, just let us know! :)
