Firefox doesn't allow me to add an extension on my Mac. The old one stopped working.
What I now see in Firefox Add-ons Manager:

I click on More information:
I see this in 1Password Menu Bar:

I click on Install. I see this:

I click allow, and I see this!

Very annoying, since there seems to be no way out of the vicious circle.

Hi @jerryplotnick,
I'm sorry you're having some trouble with Firefox and the 1Password extension!
You didn't mention what version of Firefox you're using, but I have a feeling the problem is related to this knowledgebase article: Firefox Extension Signing
If you're still having trouble or are unsure what to do after reading that article, we'll be happy to help further! We'd just need to know a few more details:
- What version of Mac OS X are you running?
- What exact version of the 1Password app is installed on your Mac?
- What exact version of Firefox are you using?
- What version of the 1Password extension is installed in Firefox? (It looks like version 4.3.1 in one of your screenshots, but it will help if you can confirm that.)
Thanks in advance!
